El Camino Del Rey
Thanks to a coworker, I found this video on YouTube and thought it was interesting. I think my dad would enjoy this hike. Anyone want to go to Spain sometime?
A blog to keep our family informed of the Eggers family in Colorado; Paul, Courtney, Zander, and Jace.

Zander just finished his spring soccer for the year on May 12. He really enjoyed playing this year and got better with each passing week! He scored some goals (though noone was counting) and his team won some games (though noone was keeping score). He was a proud member of the Yellow Hornets. It was a great season!
We just had a new retaining wall installed in our yard so that we could actually use the backyard for the kids playset and to just generally enjoy. It looks really great and I'm happy we did it, although I was a little nervous spending the money. Anyway, the real reason for this post is to show the photos that Zander took during the construction. Mom told him to watch them from upstairs and take some pictures for me and that is exactly what he did. Let's just say he took it a little over the edge.
I was just looking through some of our old photos and this is what I discovered... do these two look like brothers? I can barely tell who is who.
Yes, that's right, Jace started scooting/crawling about three weeks ago, just before his 7 month birthday. He is improving everyday.
We recently went on a trip to Portland, Oregon, as a mini-vacation. I was there on business, attending the 2008 Conference for the United States Society on Dams, while Courtney and the kids had a chance to explore Portland.
